Our meat
Origin matters: from cut to fire

We select USDA / Angus beef imported from the USA because its marbling ensures unmatched tenderness and flavor. T-bone, ribeye, tenderloin, and brisket arrive with the consistency that long fires demand. For chicken and other cuts, we prioritize local: Dominican freshness that supports producers. We respect every piece, every fire, and every doneness.
