Through the quote request form, we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, phone/WhatsApp, email, event type and date, number of guests, location, preferred format, and the message you write to us.

3. Purpose

We use this data exclusively to manage your quote request, respond to you, and, if applicable, provide the contracted service. We do not make automated decisions with your data.

4. Legal Basis

The legal basis is your consent, which you grant by checking the acceptance box and submitting the form, as well as the application of pre-contractual measures to your request, in accordance with Law 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Dominican Republic.

5. Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, subsequently, for the legally required periods. When they are no longer needed, they are securely deleted.

6. Recipients

The form submission is processed through Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc.), the site's infrastructure provider, which acts as a data processor. We do not transfer your data to third parties except as required by law.
